Beautiful physical property with great views, service decent although very scripted. None of the employees really seem happy to be there but they are courteous and attentive. The worst part of experience was the wellness. My husband and I live overseas and have long heard about this property so we decided to visit at our next visit to Slovakia. Wellness saunas and pools was the main reason for visit. Out of 4 saunas only 3 worked, no prior notification about that from staff. Half way through our wellness experience we started noticing a lot of kids being loud and running around. Mind you- this is a “no swim suit” zone and adults are naked. All of the sudden there were families with little kids, all wearing bathing suits, kids with gogles and swim aids screaming and jumping into the warm tub in what is supposed to be a quiet zone and amongst naked adults looking for a relaxing sauna experience. Honestly, it was extremely inappropriate and borderline sick. We could no longer get the wellness experience we were looking for as I can’t imagine my husband trying to get in the hot tub after sauna naked with little girls staring at him. Come to find out, the “no swim suit” zone was canceled while we we in the sauna and all the families with kids were let in the quiet zone to play (???). What possible rationale could be behind this??? Another thing to note that at night it was 6 degrees C and when we called about making our room warmer, we were told heat was not on yet (mid- October in the mountains). Actually, we did not call, because there was no phone in the room and no way to get ahold of guest services to ask a question other than having to go downstairs. Also, walls are thin and we could hear a baby crying all night long in the room next door. We did not have dinner and breakfast was great- lots of options and fresh. Overall, not worth the 230€ plus 25€ a night for parking (!!) and we will not be coming back. There are better properties in Slovakia that are much more focused on service and common, guest focused sense use.

The stay was very amazing, the staff from reception sara , was very welcoming i appreciate everything that managed i felt am at home , the hotel itself is lovely the spa is amazing the gym is so good also , i can rate this hotel 10/10 with everything and the rooms views are amazing. Thank Swissotel for this amazing 6 nights stay.

The hotel is very big and located in a very nice spot. beautifull nature and beautfull view from the windows. the suite was comfortable and big.

Awesome days at Damian Jasna. Hotel structure is super nice, staff is super friendly and location is great. Even in high season conditions of the staying were ok, without big disruptions.
