Positive remarks: - rooms facing the sea view are great - location is great, seaside is beautiful - spa and fitness center is great. Staff and responsible was very kind. - overall hotel quality and setup is great - technical staff helped very quickly about setting up TV's internet and netflix account. Negative remarks: - first night we requested a corkscrew and it took nearly 1 hour (and 3 reminders!) to deliver this simple thing. we had to wait so long to cheer our wine. I expected a simple corkscrew to be present in all the rooms like all other hotels OR it should have been delivered in few minutes after requested. - in one of the mornings at the breakfast, the restaurant staff told us there is no tea left. It was around 11:30 am, there were still many people having breakfast. I really cant understand how they can reject such a simple request in such luxury hotel. Especially in Turkey where tea is the most wanted drink at breakfasts !!! It is simply, totally, not acceptable to reject our request. Even a simple tea-bag would be okay ! - room service forgot to provide fresh water and coffee, we had to remind them - At seaside beach, we wanted to have some drinks but learned that we had to walk and get it by ourselves. Our stay was between 25-28 September, I know it is not a summer time season but still some days were hot and very suitable to enjoy the beach of the hotel. Restaurant staff told us they can deliver our drinks to our sunbeds since the summer season is closed and they are an independent restaurant. Again, this is totally not acceptable in my opinion. People coming to Swiss hotel pay a lot of money to get good service and rest. I wasnt expecting this answer from the staff - Overall speaking, the hotel staff was very kind but inexperienced - restaurant staff is inexperienced and had bad level of service & attitude

I never felt more welcomed in a hotel before. The staff was always there for us, trying to cater to our every need. Of course, the hotel was amazing, incredible rooms, great views, the water was clearer than I’ve ever seen, there were so many fished that it was like I was snorkeling in the hotel bay! The breakfast were also amazing, full turkish breakfast every morning!

We stayed in the three-bedroom suite and had a wonderful experience. The suite itself was beautiful, and its corner location and wraparound balcony offered spectacular views from every side. Mr. Fatih, the manager, personally made sure that everything we needed was taken care of. The service was excellent, everyone made us feel welcome, and the breakfast was incredible. We felt so well looked after throughout our stay.

Amazing property. The hotel has an incredible view and the amenities are great. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Esma and Pelin at the front desk for very helpful service. Also, the spa experience was great thanks to the spa manager Mr. Kaan.
