Everything was excellent overall, with a few exceptions: - One room had a very unpleasant smell, even after maintenance was contacted. - The lack of late checkout was disappointing. - As a Silver member, I also did not receive any upgrades or additional benefits.

We love our stay here because it's very strategically located and T. room is very well equipped. Going in and out is also hassle-free. It felt like a second home.

The room was very nice, the lady at the front desk checked me in was very kind and the room attendant that replace my amenities was also very nice and polite, just an input maybe the weight scale on my room is not working

I enjoyed my stay at Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan. It was my first time staying here, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, well-designed, and equipped with everything I needed. It truly felt like a peaceful escape from the hustle of Jakarta. My favorite facility was definitely the jacuzzi. I absolutely loved it!
