My family had recommended this hotel, so I booked it for my very first stay. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was highly disappointing. The room was very dirty when I checked in, and the floor had clearly not been vacuumed at all. After I raised the hygiene issue, the Housekeeping Manager was very polite and assisted me in changing to a clean room. I am grateful to this manager for resolving the issue, but the hotel seriously needs to improve its basic cleaning standards.

From the moment we arrived early in the morning until after we left, I can’t thank the lovely Eddy & her amazing team for making our stay so memorable especially for my mother in laws first ever trip overseas. The hotel is perfectly located above a shopping centre & MRT station or sightseeing nearby attractions by foot. The executive lounge on L65 was amazing which is a credit to club staff & management.We look forward to staying again at this outstanding hotel next time we’re in Singapore. Thank you Eddy, management & whole team for looking after us like family.

Must stay for a Singapore trip. Superb location, transport, shopping all your fingertips. Hotel staff are the best I’ve experienced world wide. Lounge is amazing. Eddy Tan is an excellent Hotel Manager who will ensure all your needs are met. Will be back!

I have stayed at this hotel regularly for business and it is usually great but this stay was marred by breakfast in the function rooms in 2 days (Monday and Tuesday) due to Clove being booked out. The variety was much poorer, there was no orange juice, no muesli or chia, no teabags on Tuesday. The space was spread out and it was difficult to find everything. I understand that events like this happen but I wasn’t made aware of this until I walked up to the restaurant and I wasn’t offered the Asian market place as an alternative until after I complained on Tuesday. I don’t have a lot of time in the morning for breakfast when I have to lecture so this was quite disruptive. The response to my complaint was just that management will be informed. Not helpful. My room was noisy being above the pool which was a problem when I was trying to work in the afternoons.
