great rooms, too bad the hotel is small and when there are 30 kids around, things go crazy and couples without kids get smashed and nobody cares about them. Kids throwing food, yelling, running. Felt like aqua magic. YOu have 30 rooms or something, just make the hotel adults only at that price level...

Nice room, comfortable bed, nice linens, air conditioning was good. Children should not be allowed in the spa area at all, people go there to relax and then you have babies with diapers going in making it very unsanitary and disturbing.

Exclusively designed and well maintained 5 stars hotel. Amazing breakfast and a great view.

The room was spacious and comfortable, yet the common areas don't look like a 5 star hotel. Very small hallways, reception and breakfast area. Nevertheless, considering that your direct competitor is Teleferic hotel, I consider it more suitable for future vacations.

The room was nice, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was also good, but there are several things that could be improved. Unfortunately, having dinner at the hotel was a disappointing experience. The food was not very good. We ordered a medium steak, but it arrived completely raw. After sending it back to be cooked more, it came back completely burned. We then asked for a burger instead, but after waiting more than 20 minutes, we gave up and left to eat somewhere else. There were also a few issues with the room. The toilet paper holder is positioned far away from the toilet, which is particularly inconvenient for women. There is also no place to hang a towel in the bathroom, and there was no soap at the kitchen sink. The AC is only available in the main room, so the other areas can get quite warm. The gym was also disappointing. It is a tiny room with very little equipment, and I wouldn't really call it a gym. There is a treadmill, a rowing machine, and some weights, with the heaviest weights being only 10 kg. One other concern is that the staff leave the balcony doors open. This feels a bit intimidating, especially for ground-floor rooms, as it raises some security concerns. Overall, the room itself was good, but the dining experience, gym, and several practical details could definitely be improved.
