Hotel is nice, rooms are nice. Service was super slow - in room dining I had to remind 2 times and took almost 2h! Yet no apologies … no discount offered. No nothing. Also - the restaurant is to much of a canteen. It’s lound - to much open space. Add some green and some separating walls and it will be much nicer !

I arrived early morning, bleary-eyed from a long, overnight flight. I expected to just check in, leave my luggage & wander until the afternoon, when my room would be available. I was delighted when the manager (Asma, I think), offered me an early check-in at no charge, upgraded my room, and made sure my preferred pillow was sent up! I almost wept. The room was lovely (I wanted to steal the pillow… I did not), the staff was kind and the gym was solid. Highly recommend. Will stay there again in a heartbeat.
