Very convenient check-in, the room and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very satisfying with a variety of food. It’s our go-to hotel in Izmir.

We had such a lovely stay and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The biggest thank you goes to the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From the moment we checked in until we left, everyone made us feel so comfortable. It’s rare to come across a team that is this warm and attentive, and it really made our stay extra special. The location of the hotel is perfect. We were able to walk to Kordon, Alsancak, and Kemeralti, so we barely needed any transportation. The common areas are beautiful, elegant, and very well maintained. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so enjoyable. We would definitely love to stay here again the next time we’re in Izmir!

Been staying at this hotel for over 20 years. Normally a very good experience. Booked a garden view room to escape the street noise. Three evenings we could not sleep due to events held in garden. Wish we would have been warned ahead of time. Would have booked the cheaper street room. Room service use to be something we used when visiting. The prices now for room service have reached the ridiculous level (32 euro for a club sandwich!). New lobby redesign is nice but the entrance way is now much more congested particularly when large groups are trying to check in.
