Excellent hotel with a perfect location, just steps away from Al-Masjid Al-Haram. Most importantly, I want to give special thanks to Yazeed Alamri at the reception. He is honestly one of the best hotel employees I have ever met (extremely kind, friendly, sincere, and genuinely helpful.) His warm personality made me feel truly welcomed and valued. Yazeed is a big reason I fell in love with this hotel. Exceptional service and an exceptional person. Highly recommended!
