Overall, the hotel, restaurants, room cleanliness and staff were excellent. I cannot praise enough the Executive Lounge team, Concierge, housekeeping and many others; all exceptional. My wife's birthday was also very kindly remembered, which we are very grateful for. As feedback for continuous improvement, the air-conditioning in room 1202 was poor and the window very dirty inside the double glazing, which were disappointing. Also, one month before arrival, I emailed and asked for firm pillows and a firm bed. No firm bed (board) was provided until Day 3, on room change to 1501. I also previously requested firm pillows for the room but only received them after midnight, after additional request, which was disappointing. One final point for in-room dining, all food has been superb. However, I ordered 2x Turkish tea one evening for €18 + tray charge. Ahmad English Breakfast tea was delivered with teabags, not brewed Turkish tea, and we already had the same tea in the room. If Turkish tea is unavailable, I would recommend this is mentioned and the order could be cancelled. I feel the team and costs were both poor, sadly. So, overall, the stay has been very good but with definite opportunities for improvement.

The original room we chose at the residence tower was not to our liking. Although it says two bedroom w/two bath; we noticed that the second bath had no showers. The photos on-line from the hotel are very limited and does not give you a complete image of what you will be getting. However, we asked for another rooms in the main building and were given two rooms with garden view and another building in front of you. We asked for better rooms with sea view and was told that they were sold out. When we told the reception clerk that we were going to leave for Four Seasons (which we called and they had rooms avail,) a manager found rooms for us. Once that two hours of headache passed, everything from the cleanliness to amazing service and polite staff was noticed.

Good experience overall, reception staff need improvement in behaving and welcoming, they weren't so friendly, we expect much better behavior, communication and language.
