This was second time we stayed at Swissotel Makkah, the location is excellent and the Kaaba views from some rooms is breathtaking. Room service was amazing, we called the service number whenever we needed anything and the hotel staff would respond immediately. We also had the breakfast and dinner package, the restaurant staff was very nice and hospitable, I would specially like to thank the restaurant managers Shakeel, Ashraf, Jalal, Muhsin for the amazing restaurant experience. Also our restaurant server Ahmed, they all gave dedicated attention to all guests. The only recommendation for improvement I would give is if the hotel can renovate the guest room bathroom showers. Overall we had an excellent experience, we had 3 quad rooms and I can say everyone was satisfied. I would to stay at Swissotel Makkah again in the future.
