Shower kept getting blocked. Poor room service- have to tell cleaners numerous times and they do the bare minimum. Felt I had to guide them step by step as to what was needed to be done- eg vacuum, empty bins, provide fresh towels, refill products, clean bathroom (this should all be standard without asking) Further training should be provided so they use their initiative to clean and tidy rooms

On arrival asked if there's a view room available as a courtesy for an All member, and the answer was no but tomorrow we will have some. Even though they had available rooms with view advertised online. The next day someone called to check on our stay, so we mentioned it to her. She promised to speak to the supervisor and would call us back. We waited for two days and she never called us back. The hotel in general is too loud, elevators are ridiculously slow, some floors and rooms strongly smell like an old oriental restaurant.
